Here are my own Favorite meals Greek yogurt with w/chocolate-covered almonds, Steak w/ rice, and asparagus, Salmon w/spinach and capers, Grilled chicken with w/sweet potatoes and broccoli, Buffalo chicken salad, and French toast. That way I hit my macros eating some of my favorite foods. after a while, I don’t feel that I am preventing myself because I’m having my favorite meals.
