What things do I need ?

  • • 2 large sweet potato, cut into small cubes
  • • 2 slices of bacon, cut into small pieces
  • • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • • 1 tablespoon smoked bell pepper
  • • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • • 1 teaspoon dried dill weed

How to do ?

✓ Preheat an air fryer to 200 degrees C (400 degrees F).

✓ Put sweet potato, bacon, olive oil, pepper, salt, pepper and dill in a large bowl. Place the mixture in the preheated fryer. Bake 12 to 16 minutes. Check and stir after 10 minutes and then every 3 minutes until crispy and brown.

What things do I need ?

  • • 2 sweet potatoes, peeled
  • • 1/2 teaspoon Cajun spices
  • • olive oil cooking spray
  • • sea salt to taste

How to do ?

✓ Bring a pot of water to the boil and add sweet potatoes. Cook until potatoes can be pierced with a fork, but still be firm, about 15 minutes. Do not boil over, otherwise they are messy to grate. Drain and let cool.

✓ Grate sweet potatoes in a bowl using a greater. Gently mix the Cajun herbs. Form mixture into tot-shaped cylinders.
